Karen Klein, bullied bus monitor, is doing well one year after viral video
One year later, the bullied bus monitor is just fine, thanks

It's incredible where a year can take you. One year ago, the concept of a "bullied bus monitor" wouldn't have made any sense. That was until 67-year-old Karen Klein was mercilessly taunted by some of the kids on her bus route in Greece, N.Y., and the video of their tormenting Klein was posted online.

The Inteet rallied to support her, to the astonishing tune of $700,000 in donations. A year after she went viral, Klein says she's doing just fine, the donations having allowed her to retire after 20 years on the job. She's also donated $100,000 of her money to her eponymous anti-bullying foundation. "I’m just a regular old lady," Klein said. [Source]
